Photography practice I was given the task to practice my photography skills and shoot 9 photographs using various techniques, which included 3 main parts. These 3 main parts were the angle, distance and composition, I then had to shoot these different types of shots and explain why I have shot each shot. High angle A high angle is a camera angle that looks down upon a subject and is used to make the subject look vulnerable or small. In this case, I have used this angle to make the subject look vulnerable and powerless. Low angle A low angle is a camera angle that looks down upon a subject and is used to make the subject look vulnerable or small. In this case, I have used this angle to make the subject look vulnerable and powerless. Canted angle The canted angle is used to create a sense of unease or to emphasise the seriousness of the situation.
